• Complete the Permanent Electric/Natural Gas Facilities Removal Form. The owner or owner’s agent signature on the form gives us approval to process the request and identifies the person responsible for any applicable charges for removing service facilities.
• Fax the form to 414-944-5676 or 800-632-1460. We will call you to discuss your needs and schedule.
• Promptly review, sign and return payment for any quote we send related to natural gas work. This allows us to schedule removal. There is no charge for electric work.
• Check your mail for a letter verifying utility disconnection, which confirms completion of our work, making it safe for your demolition.

Demolition Request Timelines
Residential and Small Commercial Services: Most removal requests can be completed within 15 working days after receipt of a signed Permanent Electric/Natural Gas Facilities Removal Demolition Request form, your payment and any necessary permits, if applicable.

Large Commercial and Industrial Services: Most removal requests can be completed within 30 working days after receipt of a signed Permanent Electric/Natural Gas Facilities Removal Demolition Request form, your payment and any necessary permits, if applicable.
