Standard Firm Service (Ag1)

• Charge per thousand pounds of steam production: $4.08175
• Charge per thousand pounds of steam distribution: $5.72571
• Facilities charge: $0.66 per day for each meter or service connection

Minimum Charge
The monthly minimum charge for rate Ag1 is the greater of the facilities charge or the minimum charge stated in the contract.

Fuel Cost Adjustment
The foregoing rate is based on the cost of fuel delivered in the Company's steam service plants of $2.97137 per million Btu. Whenever the monthly cost of fuel is more or less than that cost, the rate per M lb. (1,000 pounds) of steam shall be correspondingly increased or decreased .948 cents for each one cent increase or decrease in the cost to the Company of one million Btu.

Non-Firm Service (Ag4)
Non-firm service is available to customers whose premises are located within the steam service territory and who contract for non-firm high-pressure or low-pressure steam service for periods of one year or more, who sign a service agreement, with a minimum annual steam usage of 25,000 M lbs. Service under this rate is subject to interruption upon three (3) hours advance notice to the customer.

Minimum Charge
The minimum charge for rate Ag4 is the facilities charge plus the minimum annual charge. The minimum annual charge is the charge for steam applied to the minimum annual steam usage as stated in the contract.

• Facilities charge: $0.50 per day for each meter or service connection

The monthly minimum charge shall be the facilities charge or the minimum charge as stated in the contract, whichever is greater.

Fuel Cost Adjustment
The foregoing rate is based on a cost of fuel delivered in the Company's steam service plants of $3.13319 per million Btu. Whenever the monthly cost of fuel is more or less than that cost, the rate per M lb. (1,000 pounds) of steam shall be correspondingly increased or decreased 1.371 cents for each one cent increase or decrease in the cost to the Company of one million Btu.
