If you can’t pay your energy bill due to financial difficulties, one of our flexible payment arrangements may help.

How It Works
Call our Payment Assistance Center at 800-842-4565, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. or Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will work with you to determine a payment arrangement, to see if you qualify for our Early Identification Program and to identify any other community and financial resources.
